“In February-April DTEK Group supplied free electricity amounting 137 million hryvnyas to the Armed Forces and hospitals in Kyiv, Dnipropetrovsk and Donetsk regions,” – the company announced.
According to the press-center, CEO of DTEK Maxym Timchenko said, the group made a decision about free access to its power supply for the health care and the defense sector since the first day of the war.
“Since the first day of the war, we have decided to provide for free hospitals and defense sector with power in regions of our presence and we are still doing it. The assistance to Ukraine and Ukrainians is a key priority for DTEK Group and its shareholder Rinat Akhmetov. At now, all business’ efforts are directed to help Ukraine to win this war,” – Timchenko said.
