On August 18, the Supervisory Board of LLC Gas TSO of Ukraine (GTSOU) appointed Nataliia Boiko as the company's Chief Executive Officer. The decision was made based on the results of an open, competitive selection process conducted with the involvement of the international executive search firm Odgers Berndtson. More than 20 candidates were considered for the role.

Boiko had been serving as Acting CEO of GTSOU since February 7, 2026, succeeding interim head Vladyslav Medvediev. She becomes the company’s first permanent Chief Executive Officer since the dismissal of Dmytro Lyppa in early 2025. The selection process spanned 18 months and was conducted twice before its successful completion.

Statements from the Supervisory Board and Ministry of Energy

Jan Chadam, Acting Chairman of the Supervisory Board, praised Boiko’s performance during her tenure as acting head, emphasizing that the appointment represents a well-considered decision aimed at upholding top-tier corporate governance standards.

Anatoliy Kutsevol, Deputy Minister of Energy of Ukraine for European Integration, noted that completing the full composition of the Supervisory Board in July 2026 enabled the transparent selection process.
