The electricity transmission tariff for "green" electrometallurgy enterprises is planned to be set at UAH 351.90/MWh.
As stated in the rationale for the draft resolution, the item "Expenses for special obligations to ensure an increase in the share of electricity production from alternative sources other than private households" takes into account the updated projected volume of electricity supplied by "green" producers under the feed-in premium mechanism.
The tariff for dispatch management services is planned to be set at 92.26 UAH/MWh.
The Regulator is also planning to adopt electricity distribution tariffs for DSOs. Details on distribution tariffs will be published in the next issue of ExPro Electricity Daily.
As previously reported by ExPro, Ukrenergo proposed to increase the electricity transmission tariff by 48% in 2025, up to 783.71 UAH/MWh. The transmission tariff for "green" metallurgy was proposed to be set at 441.05 UAH/MWh.
According to the system operator's calculations, almost 50% of the costs will continue to be spent on special obligations – UAH 33.6 billion out of UAH 77.1 billion. The largest amount, UAH 26 billion, is the cost of performing special obligations to ensure the public interest, except for private households.
Next week, the Regulator plans to approve the electricity transmission tariff for 2025.

The relevant draft resolution will be considered at a meeting on December 10, ExPro reports.
