Following the regulator's decision, the operations of several companies have been suspended, while new suppliers have been granted market access.
Specifically, seven new companies (including "Energo Volya" and "SES Khorostkiv") were granted the right to supply or produce electricity. This indicates that, despite challenging conditions, domestic businesses remain ready to invest in Ukrainian generation and develop green energy.
At the same time, the regulator extended the suspension of gas supply licenses for six companies and halted the operations of nine electricity producers. The latter primarily consist of industrial solar power plant operators (such as "Skifia-Solar," "S.Energy-Kherson," and "Free Energy Henichesk"). This decision is a necessary security measure, as some of these facilities are located in combat zones or temporarily occupied territories in the South, making state oversight impossible.
