At the same time, industrial consumers and businesses are reminded of the opportunity to utilize direct imports amounting to over 60% of their own consumption. This will guarantee protection against hourly outages and significantly assist the power system.

Consequences of Shelling: As of this morning, hostile strikes have resulted in new blackouts in the Chernihiv, Kharkiv, Dnipropetrovsk, Zaporizhzhia, Kherson, and Kirovohrad regions.

Consequences of Severe Weather: Due to difficult weather conditions, more than 80 settlements in three regions — Kyiv, Chernihiv, and Zhytomyr — remain without power this morning.
