Murat will play a key part in strengthening DRI and enhancing its position as an active participant in Europe's energy transition. I also want to express my gratitude to Ivan for his contributions to DRI’s strategy and the creation of a resilient business. I look forward to continuing to work with Ivan in his new capacity within the DTEK Group."

Murat Cinar, the new CEO of DRI, commented: "Leveraging my experience in growth strategies, mergers and acquisitions, and change management, I look forward to leading DRI into its next phase of development—executing our strategy to be an active player in Europe's renewable energy market. I am confident that DRI has a key role to play in supporting European countries in achieving crucial decarbonization goals, and I am excited to work with the DRI team to make these goals a reality."

With over 25 years of leadership experience in the telecommunications and technology sectors, Murat Cinar has held executive positions in more than 10 international markets, including Sweden, Turkey, Ukraine, and Qatar.
