By decision of the Supervisory Board, the Executive Board will consist of five members.
The Executive Board includes: Acting Director General of JSC "UDN" Oleksiy Belotskyi, and Acting Executive Board Members Oleksandr Baraniuk, Mykhailo Horyn, Yulia Pidkomorna, and Denys Fudashkin.
The performance of duties by the Executive Board members is temporary and will ensure the management of the company's current activities until the completion of the competitive selection for the Director General and the formation of the full Executive Board.
The appointment of acting members of the Executive Board will ensure strategic and operational management and accelerate operational decision-making in a sector characterized by a high level of regulatory requirements, a large number of electricity market participants, and the need for constant interaction with public authorities, the National Energy and Utilities Regulatory Commission (NEURC), local self-government bodies, and international partners.
Oleksiy Belotskyi has many years of experience in public administration and energy. He held managerial positions at the Kharkiv Regional State Administration and served as Head of Economics and Finance at JSC "Ukrainian Distribution Networks". He also held the position of Deputy Director General of JSC "Ukrenergomachines". On August 3, 2026, the Supervisory Board of JSC "Ukrainian Distribution Networks" resolved to assign the duties of Director General of the company to Oleksiy Belotskyi.
Oleksandr Baraniuk is an international lawyer by training. For over 15 years, he has been working at the intersection of law, corporate governance, and public policy. He held executive positions at the State Property Fund of Ukraine, where he was responsible for managing state corporate rights and served on the supervisory boards of state-owned companies, was a member of the Supervisory Board of PrJSC "NPC Ukrenergies", and Executive Director of the Public Union "Smart Grids of Ukraine". He has work experience in the Supreme Court of Ukraine and the EU/UNDP Parliamentary Reform Project. He specializes in corporate governance, government relations, and the implementation of international standards.
Mykhailo Horyn holds a Ph.D. in Law and two higher education degrees — Master’s in Accounting and Auditing and Master of Laws. In December 2025, he joined JSC "UDN" as Advisor to the Director General on Operational Matters, and from February 2026 worked as Advisor to the Executive Board Support Service. In January 2026, Horyn was appointed Acting Member of the Executive Board of the company.
Yulia Pidkomorna has significant work experience in civil service and energy sector enterprises. In particular, she worked in various positions in the Secretariat of the President of Ukraine and the Secretariat of the Cabinet of Ministers, served as Acting State Secretary of the Ministry of Energy, and was twice appointed Deputy Minister of Energy.
Denys Fudashkin held managerial positions at JSC "Main Gas Pipelines of Ukraine" and at various periods served as Deputy Minister at the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine. He has extensive experience in public and corporate finance, crisis management, and reform implementation, as well as significant expertise in legal activities and corporate governance.
For reference: in accordance with the Articles of Association of JSC "Ukrainian Distribution Networks", the current activities of the company are managed by its executive body — the Executive Board.
