The key area of interaction is identified as ensuring the continuity of essential service provision, primarily in the areas of heat, electricity, and water supply. The organizations will work together to enhance the resilience of enterprises, exchange experience to improve risk management, and prepare for and overcome crisis situations.
"Energy policy requires a comprehensive approach—with an assessment of consequences for the entire system, rather than individual industries. Joint work with FRNG will help form a cohesive strategy for overcoming challenges, particularly when preparing for winter. Decisions for the gas, electricity, and heat markets must be made taking into account the interests of all parties, as this is a single interconnected system with shared risks and responsibility," noted Ruslan Holub, Executive Secretary of AOCI and member of the expert council of the All-Ukrainian Industry Association "FRNG".
Within the framework of cooperation, AOCI and FRNG will develop shared expertise and create platforms for professional discussions and decision-making. The organizations will present a consolidated position to state authorities, regulators, local governments, and international institutions. A distinct priority will be establishing an effective dialogue between the government, business, and industry associations.
"The Federation consistently supports dialogue with critical infrastructure enterprises. Preparation for and completion of the heating season have always been at the center of our attention. Under wartime conditions, such work demands a special consolidation of efforts from the government, business, and industry associations. Together with the Association, we will work on resolving challenges and contribute to the stable functioning of infrastructure that is vital for Ukraine," emphasized Vitaliy Shcherbenko, Chairman of the Presidium of the All-Ukrainian Industry Association "FRNG".
