Pursuant to government decree No. 382-r dated April 24, 2026, the company is required to direct 30% of its net profit to the state budget in the form of dividends.
At the same time, 45% of the net profit will remain at the company's disposal. These funds are earmarked for financing restoration efforts, specifically the repair and reconstruction of power generation facilities damaged or destroyed as a result of the armed aggression of Russia.
The remaining profit will be distributed according to the financial plan and shareholder decisions.
As previously reported, Centrenergo generated 4.064 billion UAH in net profit for the year.
