"The Private Joint Stock Company Centrenergo filed a lawsuit with the Commercial Court of the Donetsk Region against the State Enterprise Myrnohradvuhillya to recover the debt under the Coal Supply Agreement No. 111/10 of 20.11.2023 in the total amount of UAH 26,314,974.36, including UAH 20,474,511.11 in advance payment, UAH 144,328.52 with 3% per annum, UAH 808,121.17 in inflationary costs and UAH 4,888,013.56 in penalties for the shortage of coal," the court ruling says.
The case is scheduled for consideration on the merits on February 5, 2025.
