Financial Indicators and Profit Distribution
According to the company's annual report, which has been verified by an independent auditor, Energoatom's net profit for 2025 amounted to UAH 18.69 billion.
The government has determined the following distribution of these funds:

50% (UAH 9.34 billion) will be directed toward dividend payments to the state budget.

50% (UAH 9.34 billion) will remain at the company's disposal to finance operating activities and fulfill statutory tasks.
Payment Procedure
A separate decision by the Cabinet of Ministers has established the fund transfer schedule. It is reported that Energoatom will pay the dividends in stages throughout 2026.
Today, the company not only accounts for the lion's share of electricity production in Ukraine but also serves as a strategic pillar of the economy, ensuring significant revenue for the state treasury. It is worth noting that the efficient operation of nuclear generation allows for maintaining the resilience of the power system and supporting socially important projects.
