"In accordance with the Procedure for the allocation of cross-border capacity, approved by the NEURC Resolution No. 763 of 03.04.2020, starting from October 15, 2024, the registration of the LLC "Epicentr Generation" for participation in auctions for the allocation of cross-border capacity was held," Ukrenergo's website says.
As previously reported by ExPro, in August, Epicentr Generation received licenses for electricity and gas supply. According to the YouControl analytical system, Epicentr Generation LLC was established on July 4, 2024. The main activity is electricity trading. The ultimate beneficiaries of the company are Oleksandr Gerega and Halyna Gerega.
