Pasazhko started working at "Naftogaz" in June 2025 as the Director for Strategy and Business Development. In this role, he was responsible for the transformation of the corporate center's operating model, the review of the investment portfolio, the implementation of strategic development initiatives, and the evaluation of the financial and economic state of the business. From 2018 to 2024, he was responsible for investment development, strategic planning, and financial analytics at Fozzy Group, and later headed the strategy and organizational development department at Vitagro Group.
As previously reported, the board of JSC "Naftogaz of Ukraine" has been headed by Serhiy Koretsky since May 2025. Its members also include Oksana Volynets (Group Legal and Regulatory Affairs Director), Serhiy Fedorenko (Commercial Director), and Olena Artazei (Human Capital Director).
Chumak had been a member of the "Naftogaz" board since late September 2021, and from December 2024 to the end of April 2025, he temporarily served as the company's chairman of the board.
