Supervisory Board of Ukrhydroenergo approves Strategic Plan for three years

These documents have been developed based on the key financial, operational and non-financial indicators set out in the Ukrhydroenergo Owner's Expectations Letter for 2025, approved by the Cabinet of Ministers on December 20, 2024.
Ukrhydroenergo's financial plan for 2025 has been approved in line with new rules that meet OECD requirements, the company said. The report also notes that previously such powers were within the competence of the shareholder, but now this right has been transferred to the Supervisory Board, which significantly strengthens the company's corporate governance.
It is noted that the Strategic Plan for 2025-2027 envisages infrastructure modernisation, implementation of new projects, and introduction of innovative technologies. Such decisions of the Supervisory Board are aimed at ensuring stable development, optimising financial activities, and strengthening Ukrhydroenergo's leadership position in the energy market, the company clarifies.
