The newly formed governing body consists of five experts: three independent members and two state representatives.
Independent Members of the Supervisory Board
Ihor Burak
A veteran of the oil and gas industry with extensive leadership experience. He held senior positions at JSC "Ukrtransnafta" (1997–2009) and JSC "Ukrtransgaz," where he served as Vice President and Chief Engineer (2014–2017). in recent years, he has served as Deputy Director of SE "Ukrkhimtransamiak" and headed "EMA SOLUTIONS" LLC and PJSC "Zaporizhzhia Abrasive Plant."
Yaroslav Dykovytskyi
An expert in energy and corporate governance. He previously worked at JSC "Mahistralni Gazoprovody Ukrainy" (MGU) and chaired the Supervisory Board of JSC "Ukrainian Energy Machines." He also served as Chief Consultant to the Verkhovna Rada’s Temporary Commission of Inquiry into energy pricing. Since 2025, he has held the position of Deputy Director for Economics and Finance at SE "MNT Pivdennyi."
Sergiy Savchuk
Widely recognized as the former Head of the State Agency on Energy Efficiency and Energy Saving of Ukraine (2014–2019). He possesses significant experience in the renewable energy sector, having served as Executive Director of "Clear Energy" and Investment Director at Vitagro Group. He is also a board member of the Bioenergy Association of Ukraine.
State Representatives
Serhiy Karpenko
A specialist in strategic project management and organizational change. His background includes experience in the banking sector (PUMB) and public administration. He chairs the Supervisory Board of the "Export Credit Agency" and serves as an advisor to the Mayor of Mariupol. Since 2025, he has served as an officer in the Main Department for Crisis Response.
Viktor Polishchuk
A public official with substantial experience in the economic sphere. From 2018 to 2021, he served as Deputy State Secretary of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine. Since 2022, he has been the Deputy Head of the State Statistics Service of Ukraine.
The newly formed Supervisory Board is tasked with ensuring transparency in the management of state-owned electricity assets and promoting the stable development of Ukraine's distribution networks.
