Deal Details and Ownership Structure
Updated records show a complete change in UA Renergy's founders: Wind Solar Invest LLC has replaced Elysium UA and Schola as the new owner. The ultimate beneficial owner is now OKKO Group founder Vitaliy Antonov, with Serhiy Zayats appointed as the head of the company.
The project was previously controlled by Yulia Povazhna and Oleksandr Pokhylyi. The latter is a prominent regional entrepreneur and former civil servant, having served as the head of the Ternopil District State Administration from 2015 to 2019. Pokhylyi also has a political background as a former head of a district branch of the European Solidarity party and an assistant to former MP Taras Yuryk.
Technical Specifications
The UA Renergy project is slated for development in the eastern part of the Ternopil region, situated between the town of Pidvolochysk and the city of Skalat.
