These findings, along with discussions on technology and financing opportunities for condominiums, were shared by Oleksandr Holizdra, Chairman of the NGO "League of Energy Development of Ukraine," during the forum "Energy Autonomy. Energy Efficiency. Recovery." The event was organized and held on April 28 in Rivne by the League in partnership with the Energy Efficiency Fund.
Leonid Zakharchenko, a leading specialist in the sustainable development department of the Energy Efficiency Fund, presented state support opportunities for development through grants and programs such as "EnergoDim," "VidnoviDIM," and "GreenDIM." He reminded attendees that the Fund covers up to 70% of house modernization costs across various projects.
"The war has shown that energy dependence is a threat to national security. Therefore, energy efficiency and decentralized generation must become key priorities for the country's reconstruction and development," said Yehor Farenyuk, Director of the Energy Efficiency Fund.
Svyatoslav Markov, co-owner of the engineering company "Solar Systems," presented solutions to increase the energy resilience of multi-apartment buildings to the Rivne condominiums.
