The Market Operator has partially disclosed information on trade volumes in the day-ahead and intraday markets in Ukraine, ExPro reports.

According to Oleksiy Kucherenko, the Temporary Investigatory Commission (TIC) on the investigation of possible violations of the Ukrainian legislation in the formation and implementation of price and tariff policy in the energy and utilities sectors will still consider this situation.
Oleksandr Gavva, CEO of the JSC Market Operator, emphasised that the spot electricity markets in Ukraine are functioning normally, and participants are able to submit their bids. According to him, on December 30, the Market Operator received an order from the Minister of Energy, according to which the Market Operator temporarily restricted access to information on trading on the DAM and IDM.
At the same time, O. Gavva notes that the order has now been amended to expand the list of information available for publication.
The Deputy Minister of Energy Mykola Kolisnyk said that the Ministry of Energy will analyse the situation in the commercial market segment to change access to it.
As previously reported, the Minister of Energy Herman Halushchenko issued an order restricting access to basic information on the electricity market.
It is about the Order of the Minister of Energy of Ukraine, the Head of the work on elimination of the consequences of the state-level military emergency in the electric power systems dated 27.12.2024 No. 27-dsk, which is referred to by the Ukrainian Energy Exchange and the Market Operator.
