Between January and April, the aggressor carried out 96 attacks on Naftogaz Group facilities, targeting resource extraction and transportation, thermal power engineering, and gas stations. This was reported on Facebook by Sergiy Koretskyi, Chairman of the Board of NJSC Naftogaz of Ukraine, according to Ukrinform.

"This heating season has become the most difficult in the country's history. All areas of our work—from the extraction and transportation of gas and oil to thermal power and filling stations—have been under Russian attack. The strikes continue even now. In the first four months of 2026 alone, there were 96 shellings of our facilities," Koretskyi wrote.

He added that since the beginning of the full-scale invasion, the Naftogaz Group has lost 320 employees, with 19 specialists killed in 2026.

Koretskyi also announced the opening of a photo exhibition at Kyiv’s Central Railway Station documenting Naftogaz’s operations during the past heating season. The exhibition will run until May 17.

As previously reported, the Naftogaz Group paid 21.739 billion UAH in taxes to budgets of all levels between January and March 2026.
