In March 2026, the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine (AMCU) and the National Energy and Utilities Regulatory Commission (NEURC) topped the list of state institutions with the highest labor compensation. This is evidenced by the monitoring data from the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine.

Earnings in Top Agencies

The average salary in these bodies is nearly three times higher than the national average, which stood at 30,356 UAH ($691) in March.

Top 5 State Bodies by Salary Level:

  • AMCU: 95,900 UAH — $2,184

  • NEURC: 95,300 UAH — $2,170
