Horyzonty acquires a company that holds a special permit for Tynivske field

Thus, in December 2024, the Tynivske gas condensate field was fully transferred to the control of Horyzonty LLC.
As a reminder, there are two special permits for the development of the Tynivske field. The first special permit No. 6562 for the development of the field in the depth intervals from 400 to 650 metres was issued to NaftogazRemstroy-1 LLC in 2021.
In addition, in January 2022, Horyzonty LLC received a special permit No. 5351 for the Tynivske field in the depth intervals from 0 to 400 m and from 400 m.
In 2024, the court lifted the depth restrictions for NaftogazRembud-1, which effectively meant that the fields of both companies overlapped. NaftogazRembud-1 also tried to cancel the special permit No. 5351 for Horyzonty in court.
After a series of lawsuits filed by both NaftogazRembud-1 and Horyzonty's counterclaims, the court suspended Horyzonty's special permit for natural gas production at the Tynivske field. According to ExPro, before the suspension, the company was producing about 150 thousand cubic metres of natural gas per day. Nevertheless, the parties managed to reach an agreement and on September 20, Horyzonty resumed production at the Tynivske field.
Purchase
According to ExPro's sources, the parties agreed to sell the company in favour of Horyzonty. Thus, in early November, Rostyslav Okolit, the owner of NaftogazRembud-1, alienated the special permit No. 6562 in favour of the newly created Tynivske LLC, and in late November, Horyzonty bought the company. Volodymyr Stebletskyi is the new head of the company.
Both companies also withdrew their lawsuits in the courts, and the case was closed.
Horyzonty LLC is a part of ZakhidNadraService Group. The ultimate beneficial owners of Horyzonty LLC are Karel Komarek (Czech Republic, 80%) and Zinoviy Kozitsky (20%).
