Ukrnafta will supply fuel to Ukrzaliznytsia for UAH 1 billion

In December, Ukrzaliznytsia (UZ) held three tenders for the purchase of 60 thousand tonnes of diesel fuel for delivery by April 30, 2025.
Details of the UZ tender
On January 8, it was reported that in one of the tenders for the supply of 20 thousand tonnes, UZ rejected the offer of AT Energo Trade LLC. Earlier, on January 2, UZ also rejected the offer of SOCAR Ukraine Trading House LLC.
According to the published minutes, it was decided to reject the proposals of both companies in accordance with subparagraph 1 of paragraph 64 of the Procedure approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 822 dated 14.09.2020 as amended, namely: the latter did not sign the contract within the period specified in the first paragraph of paragraph 66 of this Procedure.
Thus, the winner of Ukrzaliznytsia's diesel tender for the supply of 20 thousand tonnes of diesel fuel was Ukrnafta with an offer of UAH 1.04 billion (the expected cost of UZ is UAH 1.09 billion). The contract between the companies was signed on January 10 and published on the platform on January 13, 2025.
In the end, the following companies won three UZ tenders for the purchase of 60 thousand tonnes of diesel fuel:
- Ukrpalletsystem PE 28 thousand tonnes;
- PJSC Ukrnafta 20 thousand tonnes;
- Ukrpalletsystem PE 12 thousand tonnes.
As a reminder, state-owned Ukrnafta won 200 tenders worth UAH 22.5 billion in 2024.
