"To appoint Baker Tilly Ukraine Limited Liability Company (code according to the USREOU 30373906) as an auditing entity to provide services for the mandatory audit of the financial statements of the state enterprise Guaranteed Buyer for 2024 and 2025," the document says.
According to the Prozorro electronic system, Baker Tilly is the winner of the Guaranteed Buyer tender for the provision of financial statement audit services. With an expected purchase price of UAH 6.93 million, the company offered UAH 2.364 million for its services.
Baker Tilly is a Ukrainian company that has been successfully operating audit, business consultancy, valuation and accountancy; one of the leaders in the national market, an independent member of Baker Tilly International.
As reported, in 2024, the SE Guaranteed Buyer paid UAH 57.95 billion to renewable energy producers.

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine has appointed Baker Tilly Ukraine LLC as the independent auditor of the financial statements of the SE Guaranteed Buyer (GarPok) for 2024-2025. According to Ukrinform, this is stated in the Government's order No. 61-r of January 24.
