As previously reported, with the introduction of the electricity market, the principle of electricity pricing for legal consumers was changed. It became differentiated by hours of consumption. Accordingly, all legal consumers were divided into two groups: "A" and "B".
The new ACEMS and ATEMS systems installed at the enterprises include 263 commercial electricity metering points and 744 technical electricity metering points, which were integrated into the centralised Energocentre system. Thus, the main goal of both projects was achieved - the transfer of enterprises to the "A" consumer group.

The Central and Northern GOKs (iron ore enrichment plants) implemented projects to introduce an automated commercial electricity metering system (ACEMS) and an automated technical electricity metering system (ATEMS). The projects were implemented by YASNO Energy Efficiency, the largest ESCO company in Ukraine, in partnership with Metinvest Digital on an energy service basis.
